TCE Management & Staff

TCE employs an incredibly dedicated workforce made up of people who have chosen to make a career working within our homes and services. Generally, TCE's full-time staff begin their career as part-time or relief workers, gaining experience and understanding of TCE's philosophy before moving on to full-time positions. We are very fortunate to have a relatively low turn-over rate and a significant number of long-term service employees.

We place a high value on staff experience and depth of understanding of TCE's philosophy and approach toward the individuals we support and their families. All of our senior staff in leadership positions including the Program Supervisors, Director of Operations and the Executive Director have worked in a direct service role at one time or another at TCE.
