Long Term Care Outreach
TCE provides daily support, advocacy and case management to individuals with developmental disabilities living within a number of long term care homes in the Ottawa area. Through this daily outreach support, TCE assists the person to explore on an individualized basis what supports and services are available within the home and the community to enrich his or her quality of life.
