Employee Assistance Program
TCE is proud to offer its employees and their families a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) as part of our employee benefit package. Currently, the EAP carrier is Shepell.fgi, and the link to their website is noted below. The EAP program is intended to help employees and their dependants deal with any personal issues that might adversely impact their work performance, health, and well-being. Any interaction by employees and Shepell.fgi are strictly private and confidential and are not disclosed to TCE.
We encourage employees to take advantage of this benefit which provides a range of services including: child and senior care; addictions; illness prevention and illness management; mental and emotional counseling; legal and financial advice; nutritional consultation and, resources, referrals and consultation for other personal and family needs.
