Admission Criteria and Process

If you or your family member has a developmental disability and you would like to receive services from an agency such as TCE, you need to register with Service Coordination, which is the 'central point of access centre' in Ottawa. You can contact them by phoning (613) 748-1788 or www.scsottawa.on.ca .

If you are interested in receiving short-term respite services from TCE then you can apply directly to TCE by contacting us at tceadmin@tceottawa.org or by calling (613)228-0999 ext 228.
